About The owner & Lead Provider
I’m Emily Udseth MSN, FNP-C and I’m your lead provider at Her Health Lab in Westminster, Maryland. I specialize in perimenopause and menopause care. I speak with women every day who feel unseen, unheard and unresolved. They feel like they’re crazy for the weird things they feel or think or deal with. I sit with them while they cry, I listen to them when they need to rant and I see the relief in their shoulders when they hear they are not alone.
I have worked in healthcare for over 17 years in various roles and one thing I have remained passionate about is holistic wellness and supporting women. I’ve worked in the emergency room, in post op care, in a school and even taught for a nursing program. I’ve been a certified health coach, a certified yoga instructor, managed my own businesses and marketed various products. I’ve continued my education while raising four little humans and supporting my husband in his endeavors. I’ve seen my body change, my mind change and my energy change. I’ve dealt with obesity and weight loss. And I have found that my experiences, my education and my passions have led me to be a comprehensive provider to women.
I would love to bring my training in obesity medicine, functional wellness, peptide therapy and aesthetics to you as a specialist who will fill a gap that might be left by a primary care provider or GYN, and approach a woman’s health concerns in a more holistic way.
